Engagement Program

Being a trusted knowledge broker on governance and government issues is a major objective of the Institute. Therefore the Institute aims to deliver a multifaceted program of seminars, workshops and events to engage our network of research and public members and partners in discussions at the nexus of research and practice.

• Research series - featuring local and international researchers reporting their active research.
  
• Student series - to help build our research community and share ideas in a friendly and informal environment.
  
• Regular series - featuring particular sequences of seminars connecting academics and practitioners in a variety of focus themes and modes.
  
• Annual series - featuring annual workshops and conferences on specialist topics throughout the year.

Delivering membership value - podcasting

Ever conscious of membership value, the Institute has taken a further step in improving delivery of its podcasts. The Institute is aware that many members cannot attend its events where or when they occur, so it has invested in the technology to bring higher quality recordings of events more often.
