Bio/CV

Before he joined the University of Canberra,  Ario Wicaksono worked as a junior lecturer at the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM)  Indonesia since 2009 and also a researcher in several research centre under the faculty namely Centre for Policy and Management Studies (Reforma), ASEAN Studies Center (ASC) and Youth Studies Center (YouSure). Most of his previous research focused on organizational studies in public sector, including human resource management, organizational behavior and culture, and organizational change and development (OD), where he also lectures on those area at the undergraduate programme in UGM. He also has interests in urban studies, cultural studies and multiculturalism issue.
