Pam is the Deputy Chief Executive in the Chief Minister and Cabinet Directorate of the ACT Public Service in Canberra and has wide ranging experience in public sector governance and public policy development. She has played a crucial role in developing and facilitating policies to combat social exclusion in the ACT. In addition, she is playing an important role in change management following the implementation of the Hawke Review.
PUBLIC SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARDS
Pam was awarded the Institute's Public Service Excellence Awards in 2012 for the promotion of public sector excellence in combating social exclusion and enhancing strategic policy capability in state government. The Public Sector Awards are presented to public servants at different levels of governance who have made an outstanding contribution to their field. Award recipients also receive an Adjunct Professorship or Honorary Fellowship, and Pam was awarded an Adjunct Professorship IGPA.
